The low light capability of the D90 is very good &amp; I wanted to try it out on an available light food shot. This is the resulting image.\u00a0 18-200mm VR lens\u00a0 asa-1000 1\/15th @ f5.6<\/p>\n<p>If you get the beans &amp; rice, get a side of hazel sauce for hush puppy dipping.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-232\" href=\"http:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/229\/beans-a-bus-where-the-mouse-was-born\/rainbow_noignition\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-232\" title=\"Rainbow- No Ignition\" src=\"https:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/rainbow_noignition.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I haven&#8217;t done any &#8220;black &amp; white except for one thing in color&#8221; images in a while.\u00a0\u00a0 Today I was cruising for curb furniture &amp; whizzed past this old 40&#8217;s era bus &amp; loved the bold colored stripe.\u00a0\u00a0 In full color, this photograph has too much color competition for the bus. He founded Laugh-O-Gram Films there in 1922. During an interview, Disney shared the story about this being where his famous Micky Mouse was born.\u00a0 A cool little slice of Kansas City history. Disney said throughout his life that his early movie making in Kansas City was critical to his success in Hollywood. \u00a0 The black &amp; white image makes the building look completely at home in 2010.\u00a0 Nikon D90 18-200mm VR lens<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-235\" href=\"http:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/229\/beans-a-bus-where-the-mouse-was-born\/fred-2\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-235\" title=\"fred\" src=\"https:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/fred1-590x422.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/fred1-590x422.jpg 590w, https:\/\/brianwithaneye.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/fred1.jpg 650w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And, how can you have a story about a mouse without a fun photo of cat, Fred.<\/p>\n<p>I swear- this is the coolest cat that I have ever seen.
